  • Unsealed or Tampered Packaging – We cannot accept returns on any items where the packaging has been opened or tampered with, for the safety of all our customers.
  • Non-Prescription Products – Eligible non-prescription items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund Process – Once a return or claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
